In every organization customers satisfaction is there goal, but before they could do that it must start from the them, an organization itself must learn how to organize themselves, they must evaluate their employees work, benefits and ideas, their managers must know how to communicate to their employees, group leaders must know how to interact with his/her group. In short an organization they must focus on the effectiveness of their services and quality of their work.
This organization is compose of different peoples from different part of the country and we make sure that our services and products can help our country to be well known. We train our employees while making our organization more productive through assessing first what is the skills lacking, so that we can improve it and train the employees, while training we make sure that it affects positively in our organizational development. Training our employees is our next goal after making our organization on top. This organization was created to help the students in our section to have our minds to be open-up and to prepare ourselves in facing the world of manager vs employees.
GENERAL GOALS:
- Training of every employees and teaching them to learn more skill for the betterment or our organization as well as themselves.
- Producing quality services and products towards our consumers.
- Introducing our company/organization to other parts of the world.
- Introducing innovative products and services for customers.
- Making every employees competitive enough to be recognize as global managers.
- Letting our employees to express and explain their ideas or opinion in the organizational development of our organization.
SPECIFIC OBJECTIVES:
Our organizational goals is to let our employees to get our from their comfort zone and learn how to be a competitive global managers,each of them can be train to be a leader of our company and learn how to mentor each other. We will give every employees rewards if they perform good in their task.
Also to let the employees to use the SMILE principles.

KSA ACTIVITY
January 30 - The organization will held a Team building for the employees of the company to learn how to collaborate and cooperate to other employees of the organization.
February 10 - The company will conduct a Community Service in the poor people in Payatas.
March 12 - The company HR Department will conduct a Assessment for every employees in the company, they will look for employees performance rating.
April 11 - The company will conduct a seminar with their sister company so that they could learn some new trends in leadership and managing their employees.
June 10 - The company will donate school books and supplies in poor provinces in the Philippines and will conduct free medical check up for the students.
August 11 - The company will held 3 days training for every employees in every department.
November 1 - The company will have a Halloween party in Makati and the also thanksgiving for the company leader.

In every activity it must perform accurately and the activity must be done passionately and accurately by the employees so that they could improve their skill in managing and organizing skill in dealing with the task assigned to them. Each manager will delegate task to make sure every employee is working to have a good product that could lead to the betterment of the company.

In our organization we will make sure the to finish a certain work we will work as a team through the guidance of our group leaders, and we will make sure that we have healthy competition with the other teams/employees. There is also times that we might need to collaborate with the other organization/company, we will make sure that in that collaboration we will have again a healthy competition, besides we can also gain some new techniques and ideas for managing a organization.
GABAY FOR EVALUATION:
To be a successful organization we must work a team, working with teams will make our work easier. "No man is an island". I believe that my organization will be successful because we work as a team, thats why we finish work before deadlines. We coordinate and collaborate with each other, we also respect other peoples opinion and ideas. Respecting each other is our another key to success.
Our leaders and managers not also give as task to do but also respect our ideas and opinion like the way we respect them. We need each other to do each task. There are times when we face difficult problems but we make sure that we help each other and mentor them so that we would be successful.

Lacking of knowledge in a certain thing would end up nothing but nonsense work. I recommend in this organization to learn to read their references and try to search for different ideas on the internet or in other book so that our knowledge would be better.
